The Map
Every man completes the five-arena assessment properly, out loud, in a room where nobody is performing. Most have never been asked these questions and never answered them honestly.
The framework as it was first taught — in a room, with no phones, and nobody performing.
Next retreat announced to the waitlist first.
It is not a conference. It is not a keynote. It is not a networking event with a hotel breakfast.
It is three days in a room with seventeen other men, working through the same five arenas and seven levels that are in the book — out loud, about your actual life, with nobody performing.
Origin
The book started in a clearing in Utah, with about fifteen men, and no plan for me to speak.
I ended up presenting the foundation of what I'd been working out about mature masculinity. Unprompted. Nobody asked me to.
What came back was the word life-changing, from grown men who had no reason to flatter me. I drove home knowing there was a book.
What I'd actually wanted from that weekend was simpler. Camaraderie with men committed to growing in every part of their lives. Conversations that went past the surface update into decisions, pressure, relationships and direction.
Without posturing. Without needing to impress anybody.
That is a startlingly hard thing to find at fifty.
Chad Pinter
Every man completes the five-arena assessment properly, out loud, in a room where nobody is performing. Most have never been asked these questions and never answered them honestly.
The seven levels worked through in full. What each one is good for, what it costs to stay there, and which one is running your hardest relationship right now.
One arena. Not five. You leave with a named pattern, a written pathway, and the specific situations you'll practise it in.
Every retreat is capped at eighteen men and led by Chad directly. Nothing is improvised — the three days follow the same structure every time, and every session has a defined start, a defined end, and a stated purpose.
Nobody is put on the spot. Nothing leaves the room. There is no confrontation format, no physical challenge, and no requirement to disclose anything you don't choose to.
This is a working weekend, not an ordeal.
The date and location, before anybody else.
The number of places and exactly what's included.
The full cost, with no obligation.
Forty-eight hours of priority booking before it opens publicly.
Not yet announced. The waitlist hears first, with forty-eight hours of priority booking.
That goes to the waitlist with the date. Payment plans will be available — Chad's view is that money shouldn't be the reason a man who's ready doesn't come.
It helps a great deal. The three days assume the framework rather than teaching it from scratch.
Yes. Places are limited to eighteen and Chad reviews every one, because who's in the room decides what the room is.
Everyone leaves with a written pathway for one arena. What you do with it is yours, and Chad stays reachable.
No deposit, no commitment. You'll hear about the next retreat before it's announced anywhere else.
We'll only email you about the retreat. You can leave the list in one click.
