The talks

Half-Day Workshop

The Five Arenas

Every participant leaves with a completed map of their own five arenas, one chosen segment, and a written plan for the specific situations where they'll practise it.

Keynote · 45–60 min

You Can Read Every Room But Your Own

The audience leaves able to name which of the seven levels they're operating at in their hardest relationship, and what it's costing them.

Keynote · 45–60 min

Strength Isn't Speed

A practical talk on reaction, response and the overnight rule, for leadership teams making consequential decisions under pressure.

The framework, inside your organisation

Leadership development built on self-awareness and communication is now standard in most large onboarding programs. The Seven Levels gives teams a shared language for the thing that's hardest to name: how each person actually shows up under pressure. Programs run from a single workshop to a six-month cohort with the assessment, group sessions and manager debriefs.

FAQ

How far ahead do you book?

Corporate events typically book six to twelve months out. January, September and Q4 fill first.

Do you do virtual?

Yes, at a reduced fee, and it works well for the workshop format.

Can we combine a talk with bulk books?

Yes, and most organisations do. Books for every attendee changes what the talk can assume.

Will you customise the content?

Always. The framework stays the same; the examples come from your industry and the questions come from your team.
